摘 要:研究了经聚苯乙烯氯乙酰树脂(PS-Ace-Cl)制得的PS手性苯丙氨酸树脂(PS-Ace-Phe)对Cu2+的吸附性能,即通过pH、时间、Cu2+浓度等条件的改变,研究了PS-Ace-Phe对Cu2+的吸附,得到了Cu2+的最佳吸附条件:Cu2+溶液浓度为100mmol/L,pH为6.0~8.5,吸附时间5h,此时吸附效率可达98%,树脂的最高吸附量为2.03mmol/g,且不同Phe担载量的树脂对Cu2+的吸附率都可大于90%,PS-Ace-Phe对Cu2+的吸附可达近1:1,说明PS-Ace-Phe对Cu2+的吸附属络合作用。同时得到吸附树脂的稳定存在条件:Cu2+溶液浓度为10mmol/L,pH为2.0~8.0时,该树脂对Cu2+的吸附稳定性可达24h。A ehiral L-phenylalanine (L-Phe) polystyrene was prepared by ehloroacetylated polystyrene (PS-Ace-Cl) and studies on adsorption property of Cu^2+. The effects of pH, reaction time as well as the concentration of Cu^2+ on the adsorption were investigated to get the optimal conditions. The results were as follows: Cu^2+ concentration 100mmol/L, pH=6.0-8.5, time=5h, and then the adsorption percentage could be up to 98%. The adsorption percentages of resins with different loading amount were all above 90%. It revealed the adsorption between L-Phe resin and Cu^2+ almost 1:1. Furthermore, the stabilization condition for 24h of the adsorption resin was obtained by Cu^2+ coneentration of 10mmol/L and pH=2.0-8.0.
