噻吩磺隆对三叶浮萍生长的影响

摘　　要：为了评价噻吩磺隆施用后的生态环境效应和生物毒性,以三叶浮萍为材料,采用室内恒温光照培养实验研究了噻吩磺隆对三叶浮萍的生长及其体内色素的影响。结果表明,噻吩磺隆对三叶浮萍的生长具有明显的抑制作用,当处理浓度达到0.2mg/L后,三叶浮萍基本上停止了生长。噻吩磺隆对三叶浮萍体内的叶绿素含量及叶绿素a/b的抑制作用不明显,而对类胡萝卜素含量的下降有一定的作用。In order to appraise the environment effect and bio-toxicity of the using of thifensulfuron, the effect on the growth and pigments of Lemna Paucicostata were studied under the conditions of illumination and constant temperature in the laboratory. The results showed that thifen- sulfuron had the remarkable effect of restraining the growth of L. Paucicostata, and when the concentration was up to 0.2mg/L, the growth of L. Paucicostata nearly stopped. Thifensullfuron restrained the content of chlorophyll, ehlorophyll-a and chlorophyll-b in L. Paucicostata unapparently, but it had some effect on declining the content of the carotenoid in L.Paucicostata.
