氧化应激与自然流产的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对自然流产妇女蜕膜和血清中氧化应激指标--超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及维生素E(VitE)的测定,探讨氧化应激与自然流产的关系。方法:用化学比色法对30例自然流产妇女和20例正常早孕妇女蜕膜和血清中SOD、MDA及VitE进行测定。结果:与正常早孕妇女相比,自然流产妇女蜕膜和血清中MDA水平都升高(P<0.05),SOD、VitE水平却都下降(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:氧化应激与自然流产具有相关性。Objective： To determine the levels of SOD, MDA and VE in decidua and maternal serum of patients with spontaneous abortion to explore relationship between oxidative stress and spontaneous abortion. Methods： The levels of SOD, MDA and VE in decidua and maternal serum were measured in 30 patients with spontaneous abortion and 20 normal early pregnant women by chemo - colorimetry. Results： The levels of MDA in decidua and maternal serum of patients with spontaneous abortion were significantly higher than those of norreal early pregnant women （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while the levels of SOD and VE were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Oxidative stress is associated with spontaneous abortion.
