摘　　要：论述了煤矿三量管理的必要性,指出了目前三量管理系统的缺陷,阐述基于Windows的煤矿三量管理信息系统的开发,介绍了系统框架、相应的开发技术及功能实现,实现了矿井三量管理的规范化、自动化和高效化,并提出了该管理软件的改进方向。The paper discusses the necessity of the management of ＂three kinds of coal reserves＂ （ developed coal reserve, prepared coal reserve and stoping coal reserve）, and points out the shortages of the existing ＂three kinds of coal reserves ＂ management information system, and deals with the development of the ＂three kinds of coal reserves＂ management information system based on Windows, and then introduces the its system frame and development technology and the realization of its functions. The developed system can realize the standardization, automation and high efficiency of ＂ three kinds of coal reserves＂ management. Finally, this paper proposes also the improvement direction of the management software.
