摘　　要：[目的]探讨运用临床护理路径护理耳鼻喉科择期手术病人的效果。[方法]选取耳鼻喉科择期手术病人120例随机分为观察组与对照组各60例。观察组按临床护理路径实施护理。对照组采用耳鼻喉科常规护理。[结果]观察组平均住院天数、术前天数、住院费用明显降低。病人及家属对疾病相关知识知晓率和对护理服务满意度显著升高。[结论]在耳鼻喉科择期手术病人中应用临床护理路径值得临床中推广。Objective： To probe into the effect of applying clinical nursing path for nursing care of otorhinolaryngologic patients undergoing selective operation. Methods： A total of 120 otorhinolaryngologic patients undergoing selective operation were randomly divided into test and control group （60 cases each）. Clinical nursing path care was provided for test group, and otorhinolaryngologic routine nursing was carried out for control group. Results： The average hospitalization days, preoperative days and hospital expenses of test group cases decreased remarkably. However, awareness rate of patients and their relatives about disease- related knowledge and their satisfaction degree toward nursing service were elevated significantly. Conclusions： Applying clinical nursing path for otorhinolaryngologic patients undergoing selective operation is worth generalizing in clinics.
