摘 要:以单向捻外法针刺豚鼠“足三里”穴至手下针感,制备得气穴位的整肢体冰冻切片和扫描电镜标本,分别在光镜和电镜下观察,各标本均见针孔,其周围组织有程度不同的形态学改变,皮下层针孔周围结缔组织纤维明显呈涡旋状,肌层针孔周围有肌内衣结缔组织纤维环绕,并见肌纤维明显受牵拉而扭曲、移位,邻近针穴的小血管、小神经受力移位变形。提示以结缔组织为中介,捻针力可刺激穴区多种针感组织结构,这可能是针感形成及其复杂性的生物学基础。Guinea pigs were acupunctured at 'ZuSanli' (ST 36) with one direction twirling manipulationuntil an objective sensantion was felt by operator's hand. Frozen sections and scanning electromi-croscopic specimens were made from the whole guinea leg acupunctured and were observed under lightmicroscope and scanning electromicroscope respectively. In all specimens, a puncturing pore and differ-ent transformation of surrounding tissue were seen clearly. In hypodermis the connective tissue fiberscircling the puncturing pore appeared as whirly form. In muscle layer, the connective tissue fibers ofendomysium circled the pore and the relative muscle fiber were twisted and dislocated. Adjacent vesselsand nerves were' dislocated and transformed. It is infered that various needling sensative tissues andstructures were simultaneously stimulated by twirling needle force, with connective tissue being as me-diator, which is likely of the biological basis of needling sensation and ist complexity.
