摘　　要：我国耕地面积日益减少的现状很严峻,城市建设的进一步发展使这一问题更加严重。城市化从一定程度上讲就是粗放用地,城市化与耕地保护存在尖锐的矛盾。因此建立有效的耕地保护机制势在必行。在城市建设中走内涵挖潜式的城市化道路,实行严格的审批制度,提高征地补偿标准,约束政府部门行政行为,是相应措施的重点。The present situation of cultivated land areas is very serious. Now it becomes more serious. To some extent, urbanization is land-used and there are some sharp contradiction between urbanization and protection of cultivated land. So we must establish some valid system to protect the cultivated land. We must take the intension path in the course of city building, carry out the strict approva） system, boost the compensate standard and curb the conducts of the government, which are some valid measurement.
