摘　　要：城市商业银行是我国城市经济体系和商业银行体系中的一个重要环节。由于体制和规模等方面的原因,我国城市商业银行处于相对弱势地位。在城市商业银行改革和发展的战略选择上,应注意处理好几个重要关系,以保证其改革能在不损失其固有优势和竞争力的基础上,增强活力,获得持续健康的发展。City commercial bank is an important tache in the systems of city economy and commercial bank.However,our city commercial bank is on a relatively weak ground owing to the system and scale.The reform of city commercial bank is imperative under the situation.Concerning the strategic choice of its reform and development,we should deal with some important relations so as to ensure its sustainable development.
