摘　　要：针对企业多语言内容信息管理的需求,提出了用于检测客户端内容信息变化的数据库内容变化监测算法与文件内容变化监测算法,并结合XML,CORBA(Common ObjectRequest Broker Architecture)及工作流技术,设计并实现了能够有效集成现有的企业多语言内容的管理系统.结合多语言内容信息的特点,完成了系统整体框架、系统主要模块的工作流程及内容变化检测算法的设计;通过系统的实现,验证了该算法是有效的及系统设计是可行的.The algorithms of ＂change detection for database content＂ and ＂change detection for file＂ were put forward for detecting the change of client content data based on the actuality of muhilingual contents in the enterprises. An effectively centralized multilingual content management system was designed and implemented by using the XML, CORBA（common object request broker architecture） and workflow technologies. Based on the features of the multilingual contents, the system framework, workflow processes, content change detection algorithms and system implementation were designed in detail. The feasibility of the algorithms and system design was verified by implementing the system.
