摘　　要：在网络信息技术迅速发展的今天,利用网络互动促进高校干部教育工作走向创新是一种必需,也具有非常重要的意义。网络互动在给高校干部教育带来发展机遇的同时,也带来了诸多挑战。只有做到在教育观念上,培养充分利用网络互动的意识和习惯;在教育内容上,加强遴选和指导,建立网络宣传体系;在互动关系上,充分发挥教育者的主导作用和受教育干部的积极主动性;在互动方式上,多种互动相结合,促进方式多元化等,才能促进高校干部教育创新。With the rapid development of network information technology, it has become a necessity of great importance to promote the creativeness of cadres＇ education in higher learning schools by means of network interaction. Network interaction brings both opportunities and challenges to the cadres＇ education in higher learning schools. We should cultivate the habit of fully utilizing network interaction and establish internet publicity system through selection and instructions. When promoting the interaction, both the educators＇ instructive role and the cadres involvement should be fully exerted, and various methods of interactions should be applied and combined with each other. Only then can the cadres＇ education in higher leaning schools be innovated.
