摘  要:目的了解污水处理工序中职业病危害因素及其存在的主要环节,提出针对性的防护对策。方法采取现场职业卫生学调查,根据国家现行职业卫生标准进行职业病危害因素检测。嫡果污水处理工序存在的主要职业病危害因素为粉尘、硫化氢、氨、甲醇、氯气,噪声、紫外线,病原性细菌、病毒和蠕虫卵等。在8个测试点中,氨短时间接触浓度为0.27-0.83mg/m^3;硫化氢最高接触浓度为0.53—5.56mg/m^3。结论该污水处理生产工序存在的主要职业病危害均未超出国家标准。为防范发生职业中毒事故发生,应加强日常职业卫生管理和非正常作业情况下的应急防护。Objective To understand occupational risk factors and the main steps in the main sewage treatment process, and bring .forward targeted preventive measures. Methods According to the national standards for occupational health hazards detection, occupational health investigation was proceeded.Results The major risk factors were dust, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, methanol, chlorine, noise, ultraviolet radiation, primary bacteria, viruses and worms. In 8 monitoring spots the short- term exposure concentration of ammonia was 0.27 - 0.83mg/m^3, the maximum exposure concentration of hydrogen sulfide was 0.53 - 5.56mg/m^3 .Conclusion The values of risk factors in the sewage treatment process meet with national standards. Protective measures and emergency protection management should be strengthened to control the occurrences of incidents of occupational poisoning.
