摘　　要：文章阐述了高等教育产业化的意义,从国外高等教育产业化的理论及现状入手,综述有关高等教育产业化的相关措施,指出对我国高等教育产业化发展的启示。This article first elaborated the higher education industrial production significance, from the overseas higher education industrial production theory and present situation obtaining. The synthesis has outlined the related measure of higher education industrial production and enlightenment to our country＇s higher education industrial production.
