摘　　要：福建在宋代已成为全国经济先进区域,商品经济的发展尤其突出。农业之精耕细作与多种经营、手工业之发展与商品化经营、民众观念习俗之转变与海外贸易兴起,均反映了宋代福建社会经济发展过程中的商品化趋向。这一趋向又极大地促进了福建社会经济、尤其是海外贸易的发展。In Song Dynasty, Fujian had become an advanced region of the national economy at that time, and the development of commodity economy was especially prominent. Careful and intensive cultivation of agriculture and the diversified management, the development of handicraft industry and the commercialized management, transformation of the people＇s idea and custom and the overseas trade, reflected the commercialized trend in the process of social economy of Fujian. This trend enormously promoted the development of social economy, particularly overseas trade of Fujian.
