摘　　要：双护盾岩石掘进机适用于硬岩、软岩以及地质条件较为复杂岩层的掘进。但在进行长、大型隧道施工中常会遇到复杂多变的水文地质条件,特别是在高地应力挤压变形的岩层中掘进,其护盾往往被围岩卡住而无法工作。介绍一种新型的双护盾机,它对刀盘、护盾、液压缸以及多功能钻机等结构都作了重大改进,并增设了一些辅助设施,不仅解决了机器易被夹住的问题,而且增强了围岩加固和预防塌方的能力,使掘进进度有了明显的提高,扩大了TBM的应用范围,该机开挖直径可在一定范围内调节。The dual guard shield tunneler is suitable for digging hard rock, soft rock and terrane with somewhat complicate geological conditions. However, when encountering complicate and changeful hydrographical condition in long and large tunnel construction, especially excavating in terrane deformed by high extrusion pressure under highland stress, the guard shield will often be seized by rock around it and can not work. A new type of dual guard shield is described. Important improvements are made to its guard shield, cutting disk, hydraulic cylinder and the structure of multi-function drill and some auxiliary devices are added so that not only the risk of machine seizure is avoided but also its capacity to reinforce the rock around and prevent cave in, resulting in evident increase in construction progress and extending the applicable scope of TBM. The excavating diameter can be adjusted in a certain range.
