摘　　要：介绍了循环流化床锅炉旋风分离器环形集箱的结构特点,依据其特殊的结构制定出整体的制造工艺方案。然后详细论述了上部和下部环形集箱的工艺流程和主要的工艺措施,并提出制造精度的控制方法、筒身加工和整体装配工装的设计,为大型循环流化锅炉旋风分离器环形集箱的制造提供了可以借鉴的方法。This paper discuss the structure characteristic of CFBB cyclone separator ring header. According to the especial structure, design the manufacture technology project. Detail discuss the flow chart and technology measure of up and down ring header. Bring forward the way of manufacture precision control, header manufacture, integer ship-fitter mould design. Provide the way of use for reference of the big CFBB cyclone separator ring header.
