摘  要:目的比较高温与高温复合脂多糖应激所复制热射病大鼠动物模型之间的异同。方法雄性SPF级Wistar大鼠随机分为常温生理盐水组(C组)、高温生理盐水组(H组)、常温脂多糖组(L组)、高温脂多糖组(HL组)。监测动物肛温(Tr)、心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、呼吸频率(RR)白细胞计数(WBC)、肺组织湿质量/干质量比值(W/D)在120 min内的动态变化。结果热暴露120 min时,H组与HL组HR分别为(576±33)和(660±42)次.min-1,明显快于C组(408±27)次.min-1(P<0.01),而HL组的HR明显快于H组(P<0.01);H组与HL组的MAP分别为(67.2±4.8)和(49.0±3.5)mmHg,明显低于C组(96.8±4.3)mmHg(P<0.01),而HL组的MAP明显低于H组(P<0.01);H组与HL组WBC分别为(7.34±1.73)109.L-1和(2.60±0.92)109.L-1,与C组(5.22±1.07)109.L-1比较,(P<0.01),HL组的WBC计数明显低于H组(P<0.01);HL组肺W/D为5.11±0.13,高于C组(4.67±8.38)(P<0.05)。结论高温与脂多糖复合应激可建立重度热射病大鼠的动物模型。Objective To evaluate the differences in experimental heatstroke in rats induced by exposure to heat with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and without LPS. Methods Male pathogen-free Wistar rats were randomly divided into the following groups: normal saline normothermic control (C-Group), NS + heat exposure (H-Group), LPS normoth- ermic control (L-Group), LPS + heat exposure (HL-Group). Rectal temperature (Tr), heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), respiratory rate (RR),white blood cell count (WBC), and lung wet to dry weight ratio(W/D) were observed within 120 min. Results Two hours after exposure, HR in H Group, HL Group[ (576 ± 33), (660 ± 42)b·min^-1 respectively3were higher than in C Group[ (408 ± 27)b·min^-1 ) ( P 〈 0.01 ), and that in HL Group was higher than in H Group( P 〈 0.01 ) ; MAP in H Group, HL Group[ (67.2 ± 4.8), (49.0 ± 3.5)mmHg respectively)were lower than in C Group [(96.8 ± 4.3)mmHg] (P 〈 0.01 ), and that in HL Group was lower than in H Group( P 〈 0.01 );WBC in H Group, HL Group[(7.34 ± 1.73), (2.6 ± 0.92) 10^9·L^-1 respectively 3 were higher and lower respectively than in C Group[ (5.22 ± 1.07) 10^9·L^-1 ( P 〈 0.01 ), and that in HL Group was lower than in H Group( P 〈 0.01 ) ;W/D of lung in HL Group(5.11 ±0.13) was higer than in C Group(4.67± 8.38)( P 〈0.05).Conclusion Co-exposure to LPS and heat may induce severe heatstroke in rats.
