摘　　要：介绍了新型CO耐硫变换催化剂QDB-04的性能特点及工业应用情况,对Shell粉煤气化煤气第一变换炉反应深度的问题及控制第一变换炉“床层飞温”的办法进行了讨论,提出了QDB-04催化剂应用于低水气比Shell粉煤气化制氨变换工艺的设计方案。This paper introduced the performance and characteristics of newly developed QDB-04 sulfur tolerant catalyst for CO shift and its application in industrial units, discussed the problems of deep reaction and control of runaway phenomenon in 1 st CO shift converter for gas made by Shell entrained flow gasification unit, put forward the design idea for shift prcoss with QDB-04 catalyst running at low H2O/CO ratio in ammonia producing process.
