摘　　要：从古今两个方面阐述了教与学的关系,指出教学改革应当由学及教,即教学要以学生的学习为出发点和最终目标,要以学生为中心组织教学。同时,作者还对学习质量观提出了新的看法,并在此基础上,就如何提高学习质量提出了若干对策。This paper elaborates the relationship between teaching and learning both in the ancient times and in present days. It is pointed out that teaching reform should be conducted by taking student learning as the starting point and ultimate target. Teaching activities should be student-centered. Meanwhile new views of learning quality are given, and some countermeasures are suggested about how to improve learning quality.
