摘　　要：城市商业银行是地方性的股份制商业银行。加入世贸后,我国城市商业银行面临着巨大的竞争压力。本文从现实竞争力和潜在竞争力两个方面分析了我国城市商业银行的竞争能力,最后,提出了放松金融管制、加快技术进步等提升城市商业银行竞争力的对策。City Commercial Banks are regional stock companies. After entering WTO, City Commercial Banks confronts the enormous competitive pressure. The paper is analyzing of our country competitive power of City Commercial Banks from practical competitiveness and potential competitiveness. Finally, This paper propose some , such as decrease financial restrain, technological progress, etc. to promote the City Commercial Banks＇ competitiveness.
