三峡库区全面小康社会建设中的特色农业发展探讨

摘　　要：三峡库区农村面积广、农业人口多、经济发展落后的实际,决定了该区域农业的发展、农村的繁荣进步在实现全面小康进程中的重要地位,而发展特色农业是三峡库区实现全面小康的必然路径。分析了三峡库区发展特色农业的必要性,剖析了三峡库区发展特色农业的现实基础,最后提出了特色农业可持续发展的基本策略及模式。A vast rural area, a very. large agricultural population and backward economy characterize the Three Gorges Reservoir Area. This shows that the agricultural development, rural prosperity in the area play an important part in the process of comprehensively constructing the well - off society, and the development of the Characteristic agriculture is an inevitable way to achieve this goal. On the basis of the necessity analysis of the development of the Characteristic agriculture, the paper analyses the actual bases of developing characteristic agriculture in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area. In the end, it puts forward tactics and modes for the development of the Characteristic agriculture.
