摘　　要：目的确定月经起始日是否与周日和月相有关。方法收集186名女大学生1年多的月经起始日(共2095个),分析其在各个周日和阴历日上的分布。结果月经起始日均匀分布在星期一至星期日之间;不均匀分布在初一至三十之间,但没有一定的规律。结论月经周期不受周日变化的影响,也没有一致证据表明受月亮圆缺变化的影响。Objective To determine whether menstrual onset dates are associated with days of the week or phases of the moon. Methods Menstrual onset dates （total number 2095 ） were collected from 186 female college students for over a year, and their distribution was analyzed on each weekday or lunar day. Results Menstrual onset dates were uniformly distributed between Mondays and Sundays, not between the days （1 -30） of the lunar calendar but without certain regularity. Conclusion Menstrual cycles were not associated with the changes of weekdays, and no consistent evidence supported such an association with the wax and wane changes of the moon.
