摘　　要：介绍新型聚氯乙烯（PVC）空心结构缠绕管的特点、加工工艺的特殊性，用小功率、低能耗缠绕设备生产大型管材（Ф500～Ф3000mm），又因采用了空心结构，所以大大降低了管材成本．通过对材料配方的改进，成功研制出矿用瓦斯管道，已取得国家煤矿安全标志认证。The superior structure property and the special process technology of a large caliber winding PVC pipe were introduced. With a low power and low energy consumption caliber machine, pipes of different sizes （from 0500 to 03 000 mm） were produced, and the cost of pipes could be saved effectively by using a hollow configuration. A new large caliber winding PVC pipe for gastransmission in coal mine was prepared by improving the formulation of the material, and the product had passed the mine safety certificate and acquired a mine equipment safety symbol.
