住院病人结构改变与人口老化

摘　　要：本文探讨了我校一附院60年代、80年代、90年代内科住院病人结构,结果发现1961～1964,1981～1984,1991～1994年住院病人中60～和65岁及以上老年人比例逐渐增高,分别为5.13％和5.39％,6.53％和11.25％,12.4％和21.01％。结果提示:现代临床工作要适应住院病人年龄结构和疾病结构的改变,加强老年医学研究。The paper studied the structure of inpatients of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan Medical University during the sixties, the eighties and the nineties. The results showed that the amount of inpatients grew gradually in 60- and 65- groups. They were 5. 13% and 5. 39% during 1981-1984, 12. 4%and 20. 01% during 1991-1994. The results showed that the study of geriatrics should be strengthened in modern clinical medicine.
