摘　　要：虫媒黄病毒包括多种重要的可导致人类疾病的病原体。对其基因组复制的分子机制的研究一直是此类病毒致病机制研究的重点。本文着重介绍病毒基因组末端与其复制相关的调控元件、病毒非结构蛋白及宿主蛋白在虫媒黄病毒基因组复制中的作用。Arthropod-borne flaviviruses include many important human pathogens. The research on the pathogenesis of these viruses always focuses on the molecular mechanism of replication of genome. Advance in research on this field is discussed in this review, which lays emphasis on the role of the regulator elements in the terminal of the genome related to the replication, the nonstructural proteins of virus and the host proteins in the genome replication of the arthroped-borue flaviviruses.
