摘　　要：利用国际金融组织贷款对于促进我国经济社会发展起到了积极作用。但长期以来我国对于国际金融组织贷款项目的管理一直处于粗放状态,对于利用效果缺乏科学合理的评价指标体系。本文拟从项目立项、实施、运营全过程设计评价指标,从项目管理全过程评价其成功程度,为财政部门进行贷款项目管理和政府宏观决策提供依据。The projects funded by International Financial Institution have played a positive role in improving China＇s economy and society, but its management has been in extensive conditions for a long time, and short of scientific evaluation index systems. The paper has designed the evaluation index systems from the angles of the project＇s being registered and authorized, and being put into effect, in order to provide a policy-making basis for financial department＇s project management.
