摘　　要：冷战后形成的一超多强的国际格局的基本框架在短期内不会改变，但一超与多强之间的力量对比、单极与多极两种势力之间的斗争无时无刻不在发生着量的变化，在2006年表现得更为明显。未来世界格局中各种力量特别是大国地位必然会随着这种量的变化而改变。The basic framework of the international structure taking shape after the end of the Cold War, in which the sole superpower exists with a number of big powers, will not change in a short period of time. However, changes in the balance of power between the sole superpower and other big powers, and contention and struggle between unilateralism and multilaterlism, will persist all the time with some quantitative changes in the meantime which have manifested themselves more clearly than ever in 2006. In the near future, all the forces in the international structure, and big power status in particular, will surely be altered accordingly as quantitative changes take place.
