摘　　要：宪法解释问题已经成为我国宪法学研究中无法回避的问题,对于如此重大的理论和现实问题,只有从民主、法治与宪政关系的高度入手,才能抓住分析和解决宪法解释问题上相关分歧的关键。The interpretation of the Constitution is unavoidable for the research on the Constitution m China. Because it is such a greatly theoretical and practical problem, we can make clear the key to the divarication between the analysis and the interpretation of the Constitution only starting from the relationship of democracy, law ruling and constitutional government.
