摘　　要：目的研究肺心清胶囊对慢性肺心病急性发作期的治疗作用。方法将240例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组加服肺心清胶囊,疗程4周,对比观察两组疗效。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,且对血液流变学和PaO2的改善,以及对肝肾损伤的恢复情况优于对照组。结论肺心清胶囊对慢性肺心病急性发作期治疗有效、安全。Objective To study the effect of Feixinqing Capsules on chronic pneumocardiopathy in acute seizure phase. Method All 240 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Feixinqing Capsules besides the routine treatment of western medicine and the control group with the routine treatment only. The treatment course was 4 weeks. The curative effects were observed and compared in two groups. Result The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The improvement of hemorrheology and PaO2, and recovery of liver and kidney injury in the treatment group were better than those in the control group too. Conclusion Feixinqing Capsules is effective and safe used in treating acute seizure phase of chronic pneumocardiopathy.
