摘　　要：随着GSM网络和PSTN网络的不断发展,以这些网络为基础构建的远程控制系统受到重视.以某城市泵站远程监控系统为例,介绍了系统利用SMS短消息实现远程控制和报警信息的无线传输,从而实现对远程仪表、设备等的无线控制,数据采集、遇险报警等功能.另外,介绍了系统监控软件的设计方案、通信协议、主要流程图以及开发过程中需要注意的一些问题.With continual development of GSM and PSTN, engineers attach much important on remote control system on the base of these network. Taking a pumping station of one city for example, this paper mainly focuses on research of transferring remote control and emergency information by SMS short messages which can provide many applications, such as controlling remote instruments, sampling data and giving an alarm in dangerous environment. Besides, it analyzes the software scheme of control system, communication protocol, main flow process chart and some questions needing to be paid attention to.
