摘  要:3,3',4,4'-联苯四甲酸二酐(BPDA)是重要聚合物-聚酰亚胺的前体.以邻苯二甲酸酐为原料,经溴化、脱卤偶联和脱水三步反应合成了BPDA,总收率39.1%.采用单因素实验对合成反应的关键影响因素进行了考察,得到了实验室制备BPDA较适宜的反应条件.所得中间体及最终产物通过熔点测定、红外光谱等手段进行了表征.3,3', 4,4'-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid dianhydride (BPDA) is an important precursor of the polyimides. In this article BPDA was synthesized through three steps ofbromination, coupling and dehydration from phthalic anhydride in an overall yield was 39.1%. Several key factors affecting the yield were investigated by single factor experimental design. And the best condition was determined. The structures of the intermediates and the final product were characterized by melting point and FT-IR analysis.
