摘　　要：本文描述了智能抄表系统实现的主要原理、方法,居民用水、电、气数据基于网络进行采集通信的原理及协议,并给出了Windows系列操作系统平台下该系统的软件功能、实现方法及主要架构。The article discusses the design technology of meters reading auto system, including the technology of the communication and protocol using in system, which transmits the data of consumed water electricity and gas. Then the article describes software functions of the meters reading auto system, gives the software realization method and the structure of the meters reading auto system on the Windows platform.
