摘  要:目的研究胃癌组织中Cox-2的表达及其与肿瘤血管生成和周围静脉血微转移的关系。方法用免疫组织化学法检测42例胃癌组织中Cox-2的表达和微血管密度(MVD),用巢式RT-PCR法检测胃癌病人外周血癌细胞微转移。结果本组有24例胃癌组织中Cox-2表达阳性。Cox-2阳性肿瘤的MVD计数显著大于Cox-2阴性者(P<0.01)。有13例周围静脉血中CK19mRNA表达阳性。Cox-2阳性胃癌病人外周血微转移阳性率显著高于Cox-2阴性者(P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中Cox-2表达的增加与胃癌组织血管化程度及周围静脉血微转移密切相关。Objective To study the relationship of the Cox-2 expression to tumor angiogenesis and micrometastasis in peripheral blood in patients with gastric carcinomas. Methods The expression of Cox-2 and microvessel density(MVD)in gastric carcinoma tissues were detected by immunohisto- chemistry,and micmmetastases in peripheral blood were measured by nested RT-PCR. Results In 42 cases of gastric carcinomas,24 were positive for the Cox-2 expression. The MVD in Cox-2 positive tissues was significantly higher than that in Cox-2 negative tissues(P〈0. 01). Thirteen patients had micrometastasis in peripheral blood, and the micrometastasis rate in Cox-2 positive gastric cancer patients was significantly higher than that in Cox-2 negative patients(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The increased expression of Cox-2 in gastric carcinoma tissues was significantly related to the extent of intratumoral vascularization and micrometastasis in peripheral blood.
