摘　　要：在综述基于性能的抗震设计理论的发展过程基础上,结合《建筑工程抗震性态设计通则》(CECS160∶2004)(试用)的相关规定,对基于性能的钢结构抗震设计理论、方法、抗震构造措施和存在的问题进行介绍,并对我国钢结构抗震设计理论研究的发展方向进行探讨。Through introduced the development of the performance-based seismic design theory , as well as keeping in accordance with＂General Rules for Performance-Based Seismic Design of Buildings＂（ CECS 160：2004）（ trial version）, it is introduced the performance-based seismic design theory and method of steel structures, the anti-seismic constructional measures and the existing problems. The devdopment trends of anti-seismic design theory for steel structures are also discussed.
