摘　　要：设计了一种基于VB的分布式制冷空调性能测控系统,介绍了该系统的总体结构,并针对该测控系统中使用的智能仪表的功能做了详细的论述。最后重点阐述了PC机与该系统中使用的智能仪表通信规则的实现方法。A distributed measurement and control system of HVAC＆R based VB is design. The sketch of this system is introduced. The function of the intelligent instrument which is used in the measurement and control system is discussed in detail. At last the communication mode and the implement method is described.
