摘  要:使用液固化学反应法,以尿素和无水碳酸钠为原料,在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶剂的反应介质中,制备了氰酸钠产品。研究了尿素/无水碳酸钠物质的量比、反应时间和反应温度等反应条件对氰酸钠产品纯度的影响。用重量法分析了所得氰酸钠的纯度,并用X射线衍射(XRD)对其结构进行了表征。实验结果表明,在DMF反应介质中,当尿素与无水碳酸钠物质的量比为2.50,反应温度120~140℃,反应时间8~10h,可以制得纯度为98.1%的氰酸钠产物。所得氰酸钠的XRD衍射图谱与氰酸钠标准图谱完全一致。Sodium cyanate was prepared from reactants urea and anhydrous sodium carbonate through liquid - solid chemical reaction method,in the solvent of N,N - dimethlformamide (DMF). The influence of synthesis parameters on the purity of sodium cyanate was investigated, such as the mole ratio of urea to anhydrous sodium carbonate, reaction time and reaction temperature. The obtained sodium cyanate's purity was analyzed through gravimetric analysis and the characterization was made by X - ray diffraction (XRD). Results showed that sodium cyanate with 98.1% purity could be obtained in the medium of DMF, when the mole ratio of urea to anhydrous sodium carbonate was 2.5 ,the reaction temperature 120 N 140 ℃ and reaction time 8 N 10 h. Results also showed that the characterization of XRD for sodium cyanate product was completely in accord with standard pattern of sodium cyanate and there is no additional phase peak in the XRD pattern in the range of apparatus accuracy.
