摘 要:苯酚厌氧降解微生物可分为产甲烷聚生体细菌、硫酸盐还原细菌、反硝化细菌及金属还原细菌。苯酚在常温厌氧条件下以苯甲酸为中间产物进行降解,但是苯酚向苯甲酸的转化过程以及高温条件下苯酚降解机理仍处于争论阶段。苯酚羧化是反应的限速环节。针对高浓度苯酚对微生物活性的抑制问题,目前采用的主要方法有改变温度、物理吸附、回流稀释以及投加共代谢基质。最后提出了厌氧降解含酚废水的发展前景和研究方向。Anaerobic degradation of bacteria, sulfate-reducing bacteria, phenol can denitrifying be classified as:methanogenic fermentation by the consortia of bacteria and metal-reducing bacteria. The evidence for anaerobic metabolism of phenol via benzoate at ambient temperature is presented. However, the conversion mechanism from phenol to benzoate at ambient temperature and phenol degradation at thermophilic condition are still under discussion.The initial acidogenesis is the rate-limiting step.The high concentration phenol can be effectively treated with different temperature,adsorption,recirculation of the treated effluent and supplementing with cosubstrates.
