摘 要:研究采用粉煤灰固定化絮凝剂和微生物来协同处理印染废水。首先采用水解酸化对印染废水进行厌氧处理,然后在粉煤灰固定化絮凝剂存在的情况下,进行好氧生物处理。废水在吸附、絮凝、沉降、过滤和微生物降解等协同作用下,取得了良好的处理效果。试验结果表明,在水解酸化池污泥质量浓度为7.8g/L、停留时间为10h、DO≤1mg/L,以及填充床生物处理池鼓气量为60L/(L·h)、处理时间为8h、污泥质量浓度为5g/L的优化条件下,处理后各项污染物去除率为:悬浮物98.5%、色度93.5%、CODCr96.5%、BOD597.5%、氨氮94%、硫化物96%、苯胺95.5%,出水水质达到国家纺织染整工业污水Ⅱ级排放标准(GB4287—1992)。Printing and dyeing wastewater are treated by coordinated process of fly-ash-made immobilized flocculants and biodegradation system. First,hydrolytic acidification is used for treating the wastewater anaerobicly.After that, the coordinated process of fly-ash-made immobilized flocculants and aerobic biodegradation system is applied. Adsorption,precipitation,flocculation, filtering and biodegradation are commonly operated in the system. With sludge concentration of 7.8 g/L,residence time of 10 h,DO ≤1 mg/L in the vessel of hydrolytic acidification, and flow volume of 60 L/(L·h) for air, residence time of 8 h, sludge concentration of 5 g/L in the immobilized fly-ash and biology-made additive bed, the result shows that removal ratio of suspended substance, chroma density, CODCr, BOD5, ammonia-nitrogen, sulfide and aniline in the printing and dyeing wastewater are 98.5% ,93.5%, 96.5% ,97.5% ,94% ,96% ,95.5% ,respectively,which are better than level Ⅱ for printing and dyeing wastewater promulgated by GB 4287-1992.
