摘 要:应用MSC/ADAMS虚拟样机软件对某型小车式起落架进行仿真分析。在CATIA中建立了起落架的数字样机模型,并利用SIMDESIGNER将模型导入ADAMS中,在ADAMS中进行了起落架的收放分析和起落架着陆撞击的动力学分析,利用ADAMS的参数化设计功能,分析了一些系统参数对起落架缓冲性能和载荷分配的影响。为小车式起落架的设计和分析一体化提供了一种新方法,具有一定的实用价值和经济效益。A truck-like landing gear's simulation analysis was made using MSC/ADAMS, which is a kind of software for Virtual Prototyping Technology. Firstly, a landing gear prototyping model was established using CATIA and imported to ADAMS through SIMDESIGNER, which acted as a kind of interface software. Secondly, dynamic analysis of the landing gear's drawing back and putting down procedure and the impacting with the run way procedure were simulated with the established model. Finally, with the help of ADAMS' parametric design ability, the effect of some landing gear's parameters on the performance of the shock absorber and the distribution of the impact force was studied. Through this way, the integration of landing gear's design and analysis is realized and this new way also is proven to be practicable and can make great economic profit.
