摘 要:目的:建立工作场所空气中过氧化苯甲酰的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:空气中过氧化苯甲酰用微孔滤膜采集,乙醚洗脱,经C18色谱柱分离,紫外检测器检测。结果:本法的检出限为1.0μg/ml,最低检出浓度0.22mg/m^3(采集45L样品)。在1.0—200μg/ml范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.9999。RSD在1.7%-5.2%之间。平均加标回收率为99.2%。用微孔滤膜采样,样品可保存2周。结论:方法操作简便、灵敏,可用于工作场所空气中过氧化苯甲酰的采集及测定。Objectiv: To establish a method for the determination of benzoyl peroxide in the air of workplace by HPLC. Methods- Benzoyl peroxide in the air of workplace was collected by cellulose ester membrane filter and extracted by ethyl ether,then the extracts were determined by HPLC with C18 column. Results:The detection limit was 1.0 μg/ml. The lowest detection concentration was 0. 22 mg/m^3. The linear equation was good between 1.0 -200 μg/ml, r = 0. 9999. The average recover was 99. 2% and sample was stable at two weeks. Conclusion :The method is simple, sensitive and suitable for collection and detection of benzoyl peroxide in the air of workplace.
