摘 要:目的:对北京市朝阳区2005年11月~2006年4月流感爆发进行分析,以便制定确实有效的防治措施。方法:采集集中发热疫情病人咽拭子标本,采用MDCK细胞培养法分离流感病毒,微量血凝抑制实验进行鉴定。结果:共采集标本177份,分离到流感病毒101株,流感病毒分离率57.06%。流感爆发占集中发热疫情的88.46%,以小学流感爆发为主(95.56%)。2005年11月~12月,为甲1型流感爆发,2006年3月~4月,为乙型流感爆发。结论:流感爆发是集中发热疫情的主要原因,且以小学流感爆发为主(95.56%)。北京地区3月份仍可出现流感爆发的流行高峰。Objective:To analyze influenza outbreak from November 2005 to April 2006 in Chaoyang District of Beijing, so as to formulate preventive policy. Methods:The swab samples of epidemic situation of fever - like illnese were collected to cultivate influenza virus by cell culture. The identification of virus was carried out with semi - sensitried mircro - hemagglutinin inhibition test. Results:A total of 177 swab samples were collected. The isolation rate of influenza virus was 57. 06%. Rotio influenza out- break in epidemic situation of fever was 88.46% , influenza outbreak of primary school (95.56%) was in dominance. The type aroused influenza outbreak from November to December in 2005 was influenza type A1 virus,and from March to April in 2006 was influenza type B. Conclusion:The first cause of epidemic situation of fever is influenza outbreak, and influenza outbreak of primary school (95.56%) is in dominance. The peak of epidemic of influenza in Beijing is also in March.
