摘 要:基于静压支承的思想,提出双阻尼效应柱塞副来提高其抗卡紧能力。该结构在柱塞的圆周表面上设置了几组支承腔室和阻尼小孔,构成的静压支承结构具有间隙中压力可随间隙变化的调节刚度,保证间隙大小的均匀性,避免卡紧。对双阻尼效应柱塞副进行了抗卡紧特性的理论推导和计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)研究。同时,综合考虑了水的流动惯性和表面粗糙度的影响,研究了水压柱塞副的泄漏特性,并进行了样机试验,对两种柱塞副结构的润滑特性进行了对比分析。Based on the theory of hydrostatic bearing, the piston pairs of double-damping effect were presented to improve its anti-chucking ability. Several groups of supporting cavity and damping orifice were set on the circular surface of piston so as to adjust the pressure in the clearances by stiffness of pressure adjustment when load varies and then to keep the even clearance for avoiding chucking. For this kind of piston pairs, the theoretic and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) researches were performed. Furthermore, the leakage flow characteristics of water hydraulic piston clearance friction pairs were studied synthetically considering the effect of water 's flow inertia and the surface roughness. The experiments of model machine had been performed and the comparative analysis on the lubrication characteristics of two kinds of piston pairs was carried out.
