摘 要:基于对高频信号注入法和模型参考自适应法转子位置自检测原理和特性的讨论,提出了一种包含零速在内的全速度范围内均能实现转子位置/速度准确检测和控制的复合方法。分析了从旋转高频电压信号注入法过渡到模型参考自适应法的切换原则,给出了速度切换区内转子位置、速度和加权系数的估算方法,并对1台内插式永磁同步电机2种方法的切换过程进行了实验研究,成功地实现了无传感器矢量控制的起动与运行。实验研究表明,这种转子空间位置复合检测方法既能在低速时准确地观测出转子的空间位置和速度。也能保证高速运行时较快的动态响应,适合于全速范围内电机的无传感器运行。A hybrid rotor position self-sensing approach was investigated in this paper by combining the high frequency signal injection method and model reference adaptive systcm(MRAS) method. Based on the detailed discussion of the basic principles and merits for two methods, the confgurafion of the hybrid approach and the transition principle from rotating high frequency voltage signal injection to MRAS were investigated and the estimation algorithm of rotor position/speed and weight coefficients in the transition region was deduced in detail. Moreover, the experimental study for the smooth transition of two position estimation schemes in an inset-type PM synchronous motor using the hybrid approach and the sensorless vector control operation were carded out with success as well. The experimental study indicates that the hybrid rotor position self-sensing approach merges the advantages of both methods and is capable of precisely estimating the rotor position and speed at the low speed and possessing fast dynamic response at the high speed. Therefore the proposed scheme is suitable for the sensorless vector control of a permanent-magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) in a wide speed range, including zero-speed.
