摘　　要：大学生就业工作,它不仅直接关系到学生的切实利益,也影响着社会的稳定和发展。大学生就业指导,是高等教育的重要内容之一。在巨大的就业压力下,利用社会实践有效地对毕业生求职择业予以正确的指导,使大学生成功步入社会,实现自己的人生价值,具有重要的意义。Employment guidance for university students is an important content of higher education. It relates to not only the students＇ interests, but also the steady and development of the society. Under the pressure of employment, it is significant to take advantage of society practice to guide student to look for a job correctly, thus the graduates can enter the society successfully and realize their value.
