摘  要:目的研究裸小鼠、昆明种小鼠在分别感染白念珠菌或新生隐球菌,并给予伊曲康唑和γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)治疗前、后,脾脏自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性变化。方法首先建立裸小鼠、昆明种小鼠分别感染白念珠菌或新生隐球菌实验动物模型,并给予伊曲康唑、IFN-γ及伊曲康唑和IFN-γ联合治疗,检测小鼠脾脏NK细胞活性的变化。结果建立裸小鼠、昆明种小鼠分别感染白念珠菌或新生隐球菌实验动物模型后,小鼠脾脏NK细胞活性均明显下降(P值均<0.01);分别给予伊曲康唑、IFN-γ、伊曲康唑和IFN-γ联合治疗后,NK细胞活性均有不同程度的恢复(P值均<0.01)。结论伊曲康唑及IFN-γ治疗具有促进感染白念珠菌、新生隐球菌的裸小鼠、昆明种小鼠免疫功能的作用。Objective To investigate the changes of killing activity of splenic natural killer (NK) cells of both nude,mice and mice infected with Candida albicans and Cryptococcus neoformans, before and after the therapy of itraconazole and interferon (IFN)-γ. Methods Constructing the nude mice and mice models infected with Candida albicans and Cryptococcus neoformans, giving itraconazole, IFN-γ combined itraconazole and IFN-γ therapy, respectively, and simultaneously measuring the activity of NK cells were carried out step by step. Results After the experimentation, the activity of splenic NK cells of nude mice and infected mice decreased. The NK activity recovered in varying degrees after receiving the itraconazole, IFN-γ, combined itraconazole and IFN-γ therapy. Conclusion Both itraconazole and IFN-γ therapy promote the immunologic function of the nude mice and the infected mice. (Shanghai Med J, 2007, 30:118-120)
