摘　　要：在齿廓渐开线方程的基础上,介绍了在Pro/E中进行内齿轮建模时如何选择总体建模方案、齿廓建模方案和渐开线生成方法以及利用编程设计可以更快更好地建立渐开线圆柱内齿轮参数化通用模型,只要输入齿轮设计的已知条件,如齿数、模数、压力角、齿轮宽度、轴孔直径和键槽尺寸等,Pro/E系统即可自动创建出齿轮的零件模型。On the basis of the equation of gear tooth contour, This paper mainly introduced how to choose the project of general gear model design and outline of gear model design based on Pro/ E and the methods of generating involutes and brought forward using Pra/Program of Pra/E can build involutes inner gear Is parameter model quickly. Depend on some known condition, such as number of teeth, module, pressure angle, gear＇s width, the diameter of axis bore, the dimension of key slot etc., Pro/E system can create gear model by automatic model.
