摘　　要：侦查行为的伦理评价可以使侦查人员正确定位,塑造其献身精神和人权保障意识,使整个社会受到良好的激励和感染。侦查行为外部伦理评价标准包含尊严、勇敢、忠诚、正直、善良、良心、公正。构建我国侦查行为伦理评价体系:借鉴儒家道德的精义,确立具有明确、具体、可操作性的伦理价值综合评价体系,正确处理法律评价与伦理评价的关系。Evaluation of ethics can make the police aware of their duties; ;build up their spirit of sacrifice and the seine of the protection of human rights so that the entire community can have a good incentive and influence. External evaluation criteria include dignity, bravery, loyalty, integrity, kind-heartless, oanscience and fair. In order to contruct an ethical evaluating system of investigating behavior, we should construct a comprehensive ethical investigating evaluation system which is dear, specific and workable referring to the essence of Confucianist ethics, and correctly handle the relationship between the legal evaluation and ethical evaluation.
