摘　　要：右岸一期工程是1997年大江截流的主要控制性项目之一。其中，混凝土纵向围堰浇筑、三期上游碾压混凝土围堰基础浇筑、导流明渠堰外段开挖、一期土石围堰拆除及截流备料等则是截流前的关键项目，必须根据工程情况，采取措施，使其按控制性进度实施。The 1st stage works at right bank of the Three gorges is one of the main control projects for closure of the Yangtze River in 1997,of which placemants of both concreae longitudinal cofferdam and foundation of the 3rd stage upstream RCC cofferdam,excavation of diversional open channel out of the cofferdam,removal of 1st stage earth- rock cofferdam and preparation for the River closure,etc are the key projects before closing the River. Therefore,some measures should be taken according to construction progress so as to make the construction under a control progress.
