摘　　要：依据土力学、水力学基本原理，探讨深水中填筑高堤边坡失稳机理，提出确保三峡二期截流戗堤边坡稳定的设计原则和方法。采用均质抛投料、全断面进占、平抛垫底等措施后，可以实现顺利截流。This paper goes into unstability mechanism of filling high embankment slopes in deep water and puts forward design principles and methods to ensure slope instability of the closure embankment during 2nd TGP closure based on basic principles in soil mechanism and hydraulics. A successful closure will come to by means of using homogeneous ripraps and whole section construction with an even bottom random ones.
