宣肺理肝润肠汤治疗老年慢传输型便秘的临床观察

摘　　要：为观察宣肺理肝润肠汤治疗老年慢传输型便秘的近期和远期疗效，将115例老年慢传输型便秘分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组58例服用宣肺理肝润肠汤，对照组57例服用市售苁蓉通便口服液。治疗组和对照组近期和远期疗效的总有效率差异均有统计学意义（P≤0．05）。结果表明，宣肺理肝润肠汤治疗老年慢传输型便秘的近期和远期疗效均较明显。Short-term and long-term therapeutic efficacy of Xuanfei Ligan Runchang decoction（XLRD） for the treatment of senile slow transit constipation（SSTC） was evaluated in the study. One hundred and fifteen patients with SSTC were divided into two groups,58 cases administered XLRD （group A ） ,while 57 cases administered the oral solution of cistanches（group B）. Results showed that there was the statistical difference between the two groups in short-term and long-term therapeutic efficacy（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that XLRD has notable short-term and long-term therapeutic effect on SSTC.
