摘　　要：列举了输油阀门在维修保养时的几种错误作法,如用砂纸、钢刷清除阀杆梯形螺纹锈迹;更新填料时旧填料末清除干净,填料的尺寸及安装不符合技术要求;未按规定期限对阀门进行技术鉴定和阀门材质选择不当、保养不及时,造成冬季阀门冻裂。分析了这些错误作法产生的危害及原因,提出了相应的措施,以保障石油库收、发油料工作的顺利进行。Some wrong ways to maintain oil valves are analyzed. They include cleaning Acme screw thread rust with sand paper and steel brush, re- newing fillings without elimination old fillings, incorrect filling size and installation, failure to provide technical appraisal within the deadline, incorrect material selection and lack of timely maintenance. They are attributed to freezing break of valves. Causes for the wrong ways and the harms are analyzed. Countermeasures are also presented to ensure oil charge and discharge at oil depots.
